Institutional Services Agreement

Bespoke and executed at onboarding — not a public document.

Important. Drovix (MU) Ltd provides services exclusively to institutional and professional clients and qualified counterparties. We do not publish a standard retail-style "client agreement" because every counterparty engagement is documented under a bespoke Institutional Services Agreement (ISA), negotiated and executed at onboarding.

How the agreement is established

Counterparties begin with an application through /contact or via the institutional onboarding portal. After Drovix has completed its know-your-business (KYB) review, regulatory due diligence, and suitability assessment, the parties execute the following stack of documents:

  1. The bespoke Institutional Services Agreement (ISA), which contains commercial terms, account specifications, margin methodology, jurisdiction, and any negotiated variations.
  2. Drovix's published policies, incorporated by reference: Terms and Agreements, Risk Disclosure, Order Execution Policy, AML/CDD Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Complaints Handling Procedure.
  3. For Retail Broker counterparties: an explicit confirmation that the engagement is wholesale and principal-to-principal, and that Drovix holds no relationship with the broker's end-customers.
  4. Operational schedules — connectivity, settlement, reporting, and where applicable, custody.

In conflict

In the event of any conflict between the executed ISA and the published policies, the terms of the ISA prevail.

Request an ISA

Prospective institutional and professional counterparties may request an ISA package by contacting:

Drovix may decline to enter into an ISA at its sole discretion and is not obliged to provide reasons.
